Shut Down, Not Shaken Part 11 (Real Life Superpowers)

Published on: 13th October, 2025

In this episode, Cristin Candice explores the real-life superpowers we all carry, the everyday gifts that are often overlooked but can change the world. Inspired by her twin boys’ love of superheroes, she redefines what it means to be super:

From reading and active listening, to compassion, remembering stories and history, to creativity and imagination — these powers shape our relationships, our communities, and our leadership.

Cristin invites listeners to reflect on their own strengths, recognize the extraordinary in the ordinary, and harness these superpowers to bring more ease, presence, and impact into their lives.
